5. Do I need to buy tools with the course?

Not at all—you can buy them separately. But most learners find it easier (and more fun) when they have the same tools shown in the videos.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship sushi tools worldwide, including Australia, the U.S., and many more countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

7. When will my order ship?

We usually pack and send orders within 1–2 business days. During busier times it might take up to 3, but we’ll always keep you updated with tracking details.

8. How long does delivery take?

• Within Australia: Around 3–7 business days.

• International: Usually 7–21 business days, depending on where you are.

Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

No worries—we accept returns for unused tools within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or missing something, just let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right. (Digital courses are non-refundable once you’ve accessed them.)
