Hello! I’m Chef Brandon — a sushi chef, culinary trainer, and passionate food educator. My love for cooking began at an early age in Malaysia and turned into a lifelong career in the kitchen industry.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across busy restaurants, luxury hotels, and high-volume commercial kitchens in multiple modern Asian restaurants. I’ve held roles from line cook to kitchen supervisor to chef, learning every aspect of the kitchen, from wok cooking and banquet operations to the refined craft of sushi and sashimi preparation.
